Wife and I found the perfect timeshare to rest and relax. Only 15 units here spreadout over three floors.seven unit are owned year-round while eight are time share owned. No elevator, but only about 16 steps to top floor.Back of all units face ski lift and the beginners trail. Fall foliage is beautiful at the resorts approx. 4,500 feet. Very rustic on outside,but nicely furnished on inside.fireplace, wet bar, etc. Small clubhouse just a few feet away with large TV. No office on property or planned activites for guests.which was ok for us. Back of property has a small children's playground and a beautiful mountain stream that can be heard from large master bedroom. Good country food and activites in nearby Banner Elk and Boone.
