We are second generation owners. We've enjoyed my parents 4 weeks at this resort so much we bought our own week. This resort is so conveniently located with many good shopping centers, flea markets, churches, and restaurants very near by.
As an owner, it is important to mention the management structure. This resort is owned entirely by the association and is governed by a board elected by the owners. This is quite different from many time share resorts and provides peace of mind and security in knowing the rug will not be pulled out from under us. Property value remains high and continues to grow. WE, the owners, are ultimately responsible for maintenance and up-keep, and as a result, the maintenance staff keeps this resort up very well

This suite is fully equipped-all you need is your toothbrush! They provide beach towels,hair dryers, iron and ironing board, blenders and there are coin operated washers and dryers on the premises! a variety of water sports can be arranged.
