We did not enjoy our visit to this timeshare. I don't know where they got the pictures that are featured on this site, because our condo looked very different from what they are promoting. We have stayed in many exchange timeshares, and this was the worst. We thought we were in a quaint cabin in Colorado that had been there for years. Not worth the trade. I wrote to RCI about this destination, but never heard back from them. I told them that they should never allow this resort as a trade, but I see it still is. Take my advice and avoid this place.

I've stayed in the pictured unit second from left. 2 br, 2 bth, full kitchen, cable tv, no phones. 16'x 30' deck over 20' boat slip. Great getaway for a lakerat. 15 miles into Granbury. There are also 1/1 condo units in a 3 story at the top of the ridge overlooking lake. Resort located on deepest & widest part of this river lake about a mile up from the dam. Fishing: bass, cats & crappie. There is a pool, but that about it. Not much for kids except the lake. I couldn't see going there without a boat or pwc's. Boat ramp onsite. This is a power plant lake, so it is always full to within 6 to 8 inches 99% of the time unlike a lot of Texas lakes. Onsite management & maintenance is friendly & helpful. 2 br units have W/D or coin laundry onsite.
