We are owners at the Yachtsman Timeshare Resort and cannot use the week they assigned us, the week is September 18 - 25, 2004 (Saturday - Saturday)and would love to rent it to you! We are only looking to recuperate our fees for yearly maintenance, so you are getting a great deal! There is a $100 dollar deposit required by the resort (is refundable when you check out and can be put on a credit card).
