We want to post this positive feedback concerning the Vacation Club at Bahamia. When we had a problem with getting our 2005 week 26 spacebanked at RCI, Ms. Miller at Conrad Acceptance Corporation was able, with some difficulty, to reach the resort and have them contact RCI to resolve the problem. In addition, Mr. Meadows personally called us and gave us an insight into the terrible damage inflicted on Grand Bahama from the hurricane season of 2004, especially with the power and communications systems which are still nowhere near up to where they were pre-hurricane. In short, it was a combination of events that led up to the problem with the spacebanking, but with everyone's help, the problem was resolved.
