This is a great place to stay, but it is very hard to get reservations. We have been going for the past 5 years and love it. Office staff are friendly and efficient. The units are large, modern, and well kept with full kitchens, dining area, living room, and large bathroom. Clean towels are changed daily and linens and floors are cleaned twice weekly. A large heated pool and spa is beautifully maintained. Laundry facilities are on the premisis. Via Roma is midway between the two causeways to the island. It is directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach and you can walk the beach for about 5 miles without crossing any barriers. It is less than a mile to a large shopping area with 3 or 4 restaurants, hair salons, pharmacy, from to the public
