These are really large units, around 1200 square feet and modern, built 15 years ago I would guess. A lot of the old Okoboji resorts are real dumps, this place is great. Full kitchen with all utensils and outdoor grills, no charge washer and dryer in the community room. This place is great for families. Most of the people that stay here are time share owners who use their unit year after year, great family traditions and local management keeps it simple and affordable - yet top notch for the area.

This is the best place to stay at Okoboji. It is modern with a lot of amenities, this is not a 5 star place like you would find in Orlando, but for rural Iowa, this place is a gem. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the Arnold's Park Amusement Park - just great for little kids.
