Bad experience with westgate palace to make long story short we were'nt offered a drink of water after walking down stairs from the 17th floor during our time share tour. I would like to say to David Siegel {founder and ceo} family man who cares about families on a budget,"Your sales rep almost made a sale,but I was quick to learn that money in the pocket is all you think about." If that's not true then you need to retrain your sales staff and also your front desk people. Write back if you dare

clean two bedroom condos. large pool with great view of wet n wild water park directly behind resort. Dining within walking distance and everything else was just a short drive away. Would not say that it is "5" star quality now (construction), but may be in future. well worth money paid. One complaint.though the rest of the staff were wonderful, the front desk persons (all 3) were less than hospitable to myself and other guests.

This resort is just minutes from Disneyworld and Universal Studios. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's. Pool, fitness center and other amenities in this 5 star resort.
