Best time of all to visit Williamsburg, VA. Many activities in surrounding areas to bring real meaning to "holiday season". Use one side of the unit and rent the other - a true means to defray annual maintenance fees. This week is readily accepted by RCI for a trade - go where ever you want with this ownership.

We have enjoyed Fairfield Williamsburg several times because it is in walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg and the college of William and Mary. Week 44 starts on a Sunday usually around Halloween and there are delightful special celebrations during that time. It's a beautiful time to be there. You can check efairfield.com on the internet for a full description of area and amenities. We have exchanged our units both separately for two weeks or together for one week through RCI or Fairfield directly. Cost of RCI is $89 a year and an exchange costs #139. There is no annual fee for FAX(Fairfield), There is a smaller charge for an internal exchange through FAX.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
