Wonderful property on Longboat Key. 1600 sq ft top floor unit, extremely spacious and comfortable. Deck overlooks private marina (rent a boat!). Watch for the daily manatee visits, hang at the pool or go the the beach across the street (1 min walk). Owned here for 22 years, you will love it!
