On-site amenities include an outdoor bayfront pool, fishing pier, bayfront boardwalk, parking for boat trailers, boat launching and mooring for small boats, and a courtyard patio. With the Pointe's prime location, boating, windsurfing, and a host of other water sports are readily available. Fully furnished apartments feature air-conditioning and kitchens.
