There is much to do within walking distance of the ferries: charming shops and restaurants, or head to the beaches. There are also plenty of taxis, tour buses, and car and bike rentals, all conveniently located. The most important thing to remember is daytripping to the Islands is such a wonderful experience while visiting Cape Cod.
