It has a lovely pool and spa deck situated amongst beautifully landscaped grounds with lush greenery and flowers. The units are recently renovated and include full kitchen, laundry, and private balcony as well as many other amenities. Sea Pines plantation offers an extensive network of shaded biking/walking paths, golfing, tennis, water sports, horseback riding and other ameneties and Harbour Town with its picturesque, marina, lighthouse, giant live oaks, restaurants and shops.

Set on six oceanfront acres in Sea Pines Plantation, Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines features two pools (one heated), a children's pool, and three outdoor hot tubs in a beautiful setting. Three 18-hole championship golf courses are available nearby. The Sea Pines Racquet Club has 25 clay courts and five hard-surface courts. There is no charge for hard courts during the day. Horseback riding, boating, and fishing are also close by. A complete activities program is provided for your enjoyment. Marriot's Monarch at Sea Pines offers two bedroom/two bath villas, sleeping up to six, each with a private balcony/patio. Units have separate living and dining area, breakfast bar, and full kitchen with cookware and tableware. The master suite has a king size bed, oversized tub, and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All units have TVs, DVD Player, washer and dryer. DVD rentals are available and wireless internet is available in all public resort places and villas.

The Kington Cove offers three bedroom units. Each unit at Kingston Cove is free-standing private residence wonderfully equipped with all of the amenities of home.
