Family Resorts and Travel is a full service travel, resort and timeshare company offering low-cost travel and vacationing solutions to its members. They are affiliated with some of the biggest names in the travel, resort and timeshare industry - and take great pride in their product and their people. Timeshare - sometimes referred to as vacation ownership - is in it's simplest terms choice between renting your vacations or actually owning them. With timeshare ownership you spend an upfront purchase price plus yearly maintenance costs and you own your vacations. You may use it, rent it for income, loan it to friends or family, sell it or will it to your family. So, for a one time purchase price, you have virtually locked in the cost of your vacations for your lifetime, your kids lifetimes and on down through the generations. The nicest part, you vacation in a luxury condominium, not a hotel room.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.

If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.

This will give you better exposure to all your weeks as well as adhere to the rules of the site.
