Best time of year to enjoy Florida. Beautiful beach front resort. Priced for quick sale! Friday to Friday Feb/March 2009. Maintenance fees for 2008 were $486. Never find anything comparable on Anna Maria Island for this price. Check it out! Can't go wrong. Always rents if you are unavailable to use. Fixed week #8. Fabulous ocean views @ $1000 per week for rental of '09 to be paid in advance Enjoy
