I would like to sell my TS unit quickly so I priced it very low ! I will also pay closing costs ! My unit is a 2 bdrm L/O - 2 Bath unit - Annual use - Floating weeks 1-51. Usage year will run from Feb 1 - Jan 31 every year and the first use will be Feb 1 , 2009. Unit sleeps 6 people, has full kitchen, living room, sleeper sofa, and jacuzzi tub. It can also be split for 2 weeks of use per year
