Beautiful beach front. Nice covered pool. Great time of the year week. Many attractions close by. We have owned this timeshare since 1984 and have enjoyed it very much. It is a deeded unit and the buyer would be required to pay any closing costs. The maintenance fees are only $408.00 annually.
