This is a great resort. 3 bedroom 3 bath - condos are right on the ocean. This is actually half of a house with a sleeping loft extra - so would sleep about 12 with pull out couch. Our loss is your gain. Very reasonable maintenance fees. Your family will enjoy. Thanks for looking and "let's make a deal"! $500 plus closing cost of approximately $300. Maintenance fees paid through 2008.
