Excellent location for Spring Break right next door to Holiday Inn Sunspree. Resort is right on the beach. No closing costs. Seller pays recording fees. Annual usage starting in 2010. Buyer will be billed for 2010 maintenance fees by the resort after the deed is recorded. This excellent spring break week trades great with RCI and rents well too. Paypal accepted.
