We bought this unit about ten years ago for 17500. The hold complex has been completely renovated. Any reasonable offer will considered. The maintenance fees are 800. Taxes 130. The 2008 week is banked with Interval International but is available to new owners. We have a slide show if you would to see it. We are using the point system and love this spot but seldom use it.
