Full refunds will be given only to cancellations made prior to 72 hours of arrival date. On holiday and peak seasons the cancellation policy is five days prior to arrival date with a full refund. Holiday and peak season are as follows: November 17-25 and December 22-31. Cancellations may be made via telephone at Toll Free 877-376-0094 .
