I rented in June 2007 and absolutely loved it! I don't think it's more than 30 minutes from ANY attraction (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld) and close to shopping and other fun things too.
But at the same time, when you're there it's like you're worlds away from the hustle/bustle. You can escape to a peaceful, happy, comfortable home (yes, home), including a lake with boats, other activities, a pool, hot tub - even coffee and donuts in the morning if you want to venture across the court. The timeshare is nicely-decorated, clean, comfortable and the people who work there are pleasant and knowledgeable.
I was there with 2 teenage boys who loved it too!
Bottom line, I bought the unit I stayed in and can't wait to go back this year!

I visited Orlando in Feb. 2004 and had to attend a timeshare tour. Having a timeshare locally where i reside, I difinetly was not interested in purchasing another. When the salesperson was aware of this, they switched over to Bryan's Spanish Cove and without seeing the timeshare , I purchased a unit, I went on my own and was fortunate enough an owner showed me his unit which was recently renovated and the location is great. Very convenient to the intertainment part and it is not just a cement building it has personality sitting on a lake for fishing and relaxing. Sorry i can"t get back there for July as I have made previous plans.
