Very friendly management and staff in Paul the GM and Susie, etc. The local is great at Burgandy and Iberville within the French Quarter and 1 block from Canal. This is a smaller, older resort with a nice courtyard and a real pool which is somewhat rare for New Orleans. The units can be fairly different but are fairly comfortable. There are 6 2 bdrm units and the others are 1bdrms I believe (there may be some studio unit). There is washer/dryer on site. Two thing to know is that the hotel reception is not manned all the time so if you are arriving very late, best contact the resort to arrange for keys. Also Chateau Orleans does not have elevators so if you have someone that has lower mobility, best contact them to change unit.<

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
