Unit 41B purchased in June 6, 2004. Unit never built, continued to be charged maintenance fees for years. Chalet Management has agreed to pay us $5,325.00 for our unit. Still waiting. notarized contract signed back in July of 2009 for repayment schedule. Caution to all who will stay or buy from this company. Contacted Wayne Alexander as well. Filed complaints with Attyns. in VA and PA

This resort is remote from retaurants, chain grocery stores and activities in the summer with the exception of golf. The hot tub is a 5 minute drive away and closed all day Thur. until 4PM Fri. for maintenance. The indoor pool is also a drive away. While the outdoor pool is within walking distance but not with coolers or small children. The furniture is uncomfortable. The good points are the great caverns within a reasonable driving distance, and the Coleman's restaurant at the Bryce resort next door. We had a wonderful dinner there our last night. I wouldn't reccomend the place.

Liked the resort and the peacefulness of it. The mgt. was not impressed with, bought in Aug. of 2001 unit 28 week 10. Found out in March of 2004 that the unit still is not built and we were never notified of the fact. Promised it would be taken care of and have not heard a word since, very disappointed in the staff. Beautiful vacation time. Large whirlpool and bath in master bedroom. Fire place in living room. Overlooking golf course.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
