Great ocean front resort. My family and I always have a great time and can't wait for our next return. Only minutes from all the Orlando attractions, Kennedy Space Center and Orlando Airport. Beautiful white sand beach, watch the cruise ships, dolphin from your private balcolny.

This is the best managed resort I have every owned. If I cann't stay at my unit one year I can bank it with Interval, RCI or I can let management rent if for me. I usually let them rent it for me and take the money to get something else. That way I don’t have to pay any transfer or deposit fees. The properties are fully deeded so you can pass them to your children for life.
The Beach is fantastic, soft sand, turtle nesting between the ocean and unit, you can see them from your balconies. There is no public access to this part of the beach so it is never crowded. Walk to the pier if you like the crowd.
From your unity you can watch the ships go out, dolphins or even space shuttle lanches, especially at night.

Awsome Resort. Have vacationed here for the past 10 years and will continue to return. Many activities for all ages: golf, tennis, fishing, swiming, space center, boating, surfing, shopping, dining, etc. We own 2 timeshare units in the Cocoa Beach area.

Oceanfront w/laundry facilities in the unit, tennis and basketball court, 15 miles to Cape Kennedy Center, 60 miles Disney/Universal, sauna/swimming pool, exercise rm. A gold crown resort.
