The resort and amenities are very nice. The staff is friendly but a few I found were not trained in their specific jobs (maintenance and front desk). There are only about 8 units in the timeshare pool and I have found them to be poorly maintained. I have experienced dirty carpets, flimsy old tattered linens, old appliances, leaking water under the kitchen sink, leaking in the refrigerator, poor internet and TV service, a hole in the living room ceiling, front and back porch lights not working. This has been a disappointing stay as I always stay at a Marriott, Westin, Hyatt timeshare and this does not come close to that quality where every 5 yrs is a total renovation.

Really enjoyed the amenities. Free use of many types of boats on a excellent fishing and recreational lake. First Class Resort with Top-Notch Golf Course and stellar Meeting Facilities. Great for Corporations or Families alike. Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Minnesota, this is a great place to relax. Definitely included on our short list of Vacation Destinations!

We have stayed at Eaglewood ant Ruttgers Sugar Lake Lodge numerous times and have always enjoyed all the ameneties and friendly service offered. The unit is nicely furnished, well taken care of and comfortable. The Resort is 1st class with a championship 18 hole golf course and a beautiful, clear lake. Boats, bikes, fishing gear,etc. are all provided free. Cross country ski and snowmobile trails are very nearby The Grand Rapids area has many interesting and fun things to offer.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
