We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit over Christmas week. The complex is beautiful! All brand new and extra clean. The lazy river was heated in the winter and our teenager loved it and the 2 indoor pools. He also loves the activity room. It was small but full of things to do. Only negative is crossing the street from the back tower to the front.there were no traffic signals or stop signs. Would really worry about crossing with young kids, especially in hig season. Other than that, we loved the place!

The resort has a large number of units but doesn't seem over crowded. We were there in September this year when the SOS (shaggers) were in town. The ocean is great for kids because of the gentle slope of the beach, no sudden drop offs. Enough pools, playgrounds, and lazy rivers to keep non-ocean water fun at a max. Lots of activities planned from crafts to golf outings. The units are roomy, fully stocked with a washer/dryer. We've been there every year since 2002.
