We just bought this timeshare and love the location. It is across from the beach. We walked to Murdouck's store and could see the new pleasure peir being built. Love it , very large time share.

Condos were nice, but in need of updating. They could use some new maids that would do a more thorough job of cleaning! Very spacious and comfortable. Have stayed in much worse. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. You wouldn't need a car as everything is within walking distance. However, if you don't like traffic noise during the nights don't stay on Seawall! Management personnel were very friendly and accomodating.

We just recently stayed at this resort and found the bed were very hard and very uncomfortable. There was ambulances running all night down the seawall which were very loud. When we got home, we got a call that we had taken a bedspread and towels from the room. They found the bedspread which we had put under the sheet to try to make bed softer. If they did not find it then maybe they did not change the sheets after us. They would have found the bedspread under the sheets when they took them off. It was too cold to swim and the pool towels were the ones they were missing. ???? We did not take any towels out of the condo. Maybe they should ask the cleaning people (that did not change the sheets) where the towels are. bad experience.<

Just got back from a week stay June 3-10. Wanted to give an update on this complex. First the bad news which is must less than the good. Current pics are old doesn't look like this on the outside now. Right on the seawall-tough to sleep. Low water pressure. Microwave was old but worked. Worst thing was the people coming over from the Econo Lodge located just behind the Four Seasons. They didn't have a pool so they used ours. The gate on the east side remained open most of the week so they could get in. Now the good, the manager was terrific-outstanding welcome. Condos were big. Great view balcony! Plenty of lighting for security. Close to great food. Walk across the street to the ocean. Would stay again. Great experience!

We have stayed at this resort and loved it. The units are large and clean and it is right on the ocean with the sound of the sea and the salt air. The management is so nice and helpful and we can't wait to go again and hope to get a trade into this resort. sue

Townhouse type two story with 2 1/2 baths and less than 100' from the gulf; view from your two balconies or any window. Recently and still ongoing renovations (Nov05) including AC, carpet, furniture, much more and schedualled for roof and window/door replacement as needed. Must be 1500 sg ft in the 20 units. Location is almost in the water on the seawall and just minutes from everything. Went to Kehma today about 25 miles-dog racing just up from there and the Strand downtown is fantastic tourist area. Floor plan of units-outstanding!

The units are really nice here at this resort, they are huge and was really great for us as we had 6 in our party. We had a lot of fun roaming the beach and fishing for a couple of our days there. The Mananger was very friendly and helpful, he also knew the area well and could give us directions to various places. I love this resort as it is comfortable and in the middle of many activities that we enjoy. We got a lot of rest and yet we were on the run all the time, it must have been the sea air. Sue
