We recently spent four days at our Gold Crown Pacific Palisades Reort in Carlsbad. First Class all the way! Totally equipped. Children loved the family pool, arcade game room. One of the little things that really added to our stay is that we parked underground, boarded the elevator, came to the 2nd floor, and a few steps to our condo. Great convenience when you have to carry lots of stuff. The staff was unusually helpful at all levels. The children's play area was a hit with our children. We've been here a few times on our day pass.

Right in Carlsbad near legoland and the beach-this resort is a goldcrown with health club, pool, gamesroom, exercise equiptment, full kitchen, dishwasher and microwave. Golf is 5 miles away.
