Stayed at Resort memorial week. excellent rooms. nicely furnished with all amenities . jacuzzi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two 36" tv. internet room, excercise room, great pools (2).
shuttle trolly runs from resort to strip every 1/2 hr or so. reccomend car for sight seeing.
only 10-15 minutes from strip on Las Vegas Blvd south of airport (10 min away)

We used our RCI trade for one week and were very pleased. Exceptionally nice unit, with full kitchen, whirlpool tub and up-to-date furnishings. Not quite enough parking spaces for the number of units. Much nicer than many other units we have traded for.Staff was very helpful. Away from the Strip but transportation is available. Recommend a car however.

Pluses: much better decorated than comparable timeshare units. Good sized, well furnished rooms.
Minuses: Not enough parking for the number of rooms. Chintzy on the details: e.g., coffee was charged at the rate of $1 per day. Other normally expected amenities like shampoo were not in the room.
We were assigned to a handicap-accessible room and therefore had much less bathroom counter space and storage space than other rooms. The ground-level shower had water running out onto the floor.
Overall, maybe a 7 out of 10.

The Grandview @ LasVegas is beautiful. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughters, my sister and I spent almost a week there 29 Jan - 2 Feb and had an absolute ball. Even though the construction is heavy in the area, we were still able to get around easily. The strip is a ways down the road, but very easy to access because it is a straight shot. It is also very close to the airport. Don't consider going without renting a car, unless you don't want to enjoy Vegas. We would love to go back once the casino next door is built and the construction is complete. We also got lots of free stuff. It was a wonderful getaway.

This is a beautiful resort scheduled for grand opening in Oct 2004. Located 4 miles south of the airport with shuttle service to the strip. If this year is a repeat of last, Christmas to New Year week is the biggest, best party in LasVegas and the Grandview will do it up right as the newest, most luxurious resort in their companies stable. Truly amazing! Bring your friends and have a holiday in the most popular entertainment destination in the world during their most fabulous week of the year! Do it in style in a brand new Suite at the Grandview!
