we love the islander resort. it is a small resort that is just steps to the gulf. you get to know everyone by cookouts, etc.there are no elevators to mess with, just come out your door and jump in the pool or the gulf. sitting in the jacuzzi at night under the stars is amazing. there are so many things to do within walking distance and everyone has a fun florida attitude! i would stay here again and again and again..
