love the kingfisher inn went twice last year and it was great the people are friendly everthing close by pier right beside it great place to stay

Oh how I long to be back at Kingfisher Inn again!It's been several years, but when I think vacation, I think Kingfisher and Garden City. The town is charming and comfortable, the pier an added plus, and I have never enjoyed a place so much! Hope to see you soon!

Wonderful place to stay. Stayed there for the first time in March 2010.it was great! We will stay there again. Love the location and the housekeeping is amazing.

I have been going to this Hotel for several years and my grandmother once worked there. Great view from the pool of the pier and beach. Painters Homemade Ice-Cream is right next to the hotel. Great places to walk to nearby. Great night life but also quiet in the day. Great activities near the marsh. Wonderful restaurants. Sara J's & Sea Fare are my favorites! Very neat rooms and they clean them everyday while you are gone. They have an exercise room and a place to do your laundry. Coffee in the lobby in the morning and Sam's Corner right across the street thats open 24 hours. Many gift shoppes around this area and Putt-Putt places. Great for children and teens. A great escape for the busy adult.

I have been going to Kingfisher since I was Born (almost 27 years). We have had the same room and I love going. I only missed going one year because of work. Started out with Me, mom, dad, and my sister. Now it includes my wife and my sisters husband and new baby. We love this place. Same time every year.

My husband and I vacationed with our 2 children at the Kingfisher Inn @ garden city, every year since 1992. We always went either before Memorial Day or after Labor Day. There aren't as many tourists there at those times. We have not been there in a few years and are missing it tremendously. We are now planning our trip for late September 2006. I would recommend Garden City to anyone.

i used to go here every summer with my family and loved every minute of it! i always had a count down every year to when we were going to be there again! so many wonderful memories of this place.
