Our unit was in one of the older bldngs. But the beds were clean, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was clean so..who cares if the carpet is a little outdated and old!
It was a wonderful place for the kids, the water park is great! Location is superb - about 15 mins from the Disney Parks!
I would definitely stay again!

Liki Tiki Village is a clean friendly family resort. with a water park pools and lake. The 2 bedroom unit is spaceous and well decorated with a full kitchen, living room
and TVs in every room. The masterbath jacuzzi is great for relaxing after a busy day at nearby Disney. We ventured to CoCo beach, Kennedy Space Center, Tampa Busch Gardens, Universal and Seaworld. The units also offer trading options with Interval International and Club Navigo. A great vacation experience for any family.

Liki Tiki Village is a great place to relax and have fun in the sun. Between the lake, the pools and the water park, there is enough to do there to keep all the kids in the family happy. Very close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. Perfect place to be close to the action or to get away from it all
