I bought this 4 wk pkg. when I retired in '86 and paid $15,000 for it. When I
remarried 3 yrs ago, my wife & her son bought another 4 wk pkg for about 1/4
of what I paid. So now we have 8 wks of regular time plus all the bonus time
as well. We rent out enough of the regular wks to pay most of the
maintenance fees, trade a few, and still have bonus time to use, which costs
only a $35 cleaning fee for an entire wk. Last fall we used the 3BR/2BA villa
on the shore of Lk.Tahoe & this spring we're using 2 wks at resorts in England
thru a trade via Interval Int'l. Over the years I've used time at some lovely
resorts worldwide. These wks are deeded.
