We had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Sands Resort last year during week 34 Sept 2 through Sept 9, 2006. Our room B5807 Penthouse was awesome. We had our Masters the living with 2 Murphy Beds and the next room with 2 full size beds. We got a blessing deal for 1100.00 dollars for one week. The owners of this unit were great people to rent our timeshare from. Beaches are very clean, food is great, staff are very friendly, housekeeping and service is wonderful. If you have not yet been a guest at the Royal Sands you are missing so much. This is a 6 Star Resort. Especially since we had our wedding ceremony held there too. My family spent Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weeks at the Sands. Beautiful resort, great food, reasonable resort grocery store, superior service, a secure environment convenient to all attractions and a short hop to the airport. We maximized our time by using our personal consierge to arrange scuba diving, para sailing and all on and off property dining reservations and transportation. Could not have been easier or more convenient. The kids had a blast playing tennis, swimming and visits to the craft center.The nicest place with the best margaritas I have ever stayed by far.

A friend of mine and I stayed at the Royal resort ,at the end of May 2005. We did enjoy ourselves very much swimming, touring and dining.
Our lovely consierge S. L., though not young, was very helpful arranging things for us. To thank her, we invited her out for dinner one night. We met somewhere in the hotel zone, had a lovely dinner with drinks and enjoyed a nice conversation.

This resort is rated in the top 10 worldwide. It is 5 star and no detail has been overlooked. Our family has loved every vist the last 3 years. The beach is great and the pools are even better. The location is very convient to everything and you can arrange all of your tours right from the resort. This is hands down the best resort I have ever stayed in.
