This is a very quiet location with easy access to
both freeways and the coastal historic Highway
101. There are many fine restaurants antique
shops and the hottest night club in North County
within an easy walk. The Amtrak and Coaster
station is less than a half mile. We have owned
three units for several years and have stayed at
all times of the year. They also trade exceptionally
well for other parts of the country and Europe.
Solana Beach and Del Mar are the exclusive
areas to live.

The Sand Pebbles Resort is less than one block from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. It is near the famous Del Mar Race Track and within 10 minutes of several area golf courses plus numerous Southern California attractions. The resort is the perfect "Home away from Home". The condos are very large and bright. There is a great pool and spa as well as game rooms and a library. Great shops and restaraunts are right next door! Surfs up!
