What a great discovery ! Everything is here or close by. The Coconut Market is directly in front with grocery stores just a few blocks away-even a natural food store for us veggies. It is halfway between Princeton and Poipui Beach where we always ventured for sunsets. You can reserve your condo 12 months out and know that you are going to get away from the hustle and bustle of home and LARGE resorts. The people that stay as well as work here are so friendly. This resort has one of the highest trade rates as well as rent values. With 4500 points left from 2003 and 4500 for 2004 you can vacation several times around the world this year! I will miss it but divorce has made an opportunity for my loss to be your gain.Fun and beauty awaits.
