This resort is under a Cease and Desist order from the CA Dept. of Real Estate. If you want to buy a timeshare week, move on- don't buy here.

A Colacchia

We own a two bedroom timeshare at this place but would never think of staying there. We visited it several years ago because we had inherited it but it is honestly in the middle of nowhere and has nothing going for it. There is nothing to do in the area except golf and you are miles from the true California experience. The staff was rude and didn't even offer to show us around. Choose someplace else!

Bummed out

This place is a joke. Dirty, run down and service is non existant. Staff was rude. A terrable place to vacation and a worse place to own. I feel sorry for the time-share owners. I would have had more fun renting a hermit shell and walking a deserted beach with no food and water for a week. If you want the worst vacation of your life.this is the place.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
