We have stayed here 3-4 times now and love it. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants, casinos, the harbor. And watching the yachts in and out of the harbor is a thrill. Out your back door! Simpson Bay is full of activity to watch and enjoy-cruise ships pass by on the way to town . Staff is nice, and just a comfortable place to be. All the rooms are on the bay, with ocean views. Master bedroom very large , with other door to balcony.Dutch side -15 minutes to town.

We just returned from a week at this resort. The rooms are quite nice, the view is very lovely. The food at the restuarant is pretty good (some of the bar and restuarant staff were at times rude). The pool is rather small and there are no bathrooms near the pool. So I figure that a lot of the babies, kids, and adults probably used the pool for a toilet. As far as St. Maartins.the traffic is wild. Be prepared for very busy traffic and road chaos. The restuarants on the French side (Grande Case) are very good.but we encountered some real rudeness from the staff at "La California." All in all, my entire family and teenage sons) enjoyed our trip. Palm Beach needs to improve the friendliness of their restuarant staff. Wonderful weather
