We have stayed twice at the Cliffs and we love it. In April 1994 we saw whales while taking a tour. It is beautifully landscaped with many amenities, including pool and adult hot tub area. Kawaii is Garden island and it is wonderful. We brought our 4 kids in 12/02 and they loved it. Will go back. Yes, we are owners and are biased, but have visited many other Gold Crown RCI resorts and love the Cliffs.

We spent a week at Cliff's in April 2003. Resort is clean and modern, and while fairly large, doesn't have that congested feeling that many other resorts have. Views are unparalleled -- ocean out the front, mountains out the back. Weather in April was near perfect - a few light rainshowers but otherwise great. Many whales played right off the resort grounds.

I've stayed at the Cliffs Resort four times in April, May, June, and September. It's the best value in Princeville. The units are exceptionally clean because the whole complex was renovated in 2000. Everything feels new -- inside and out. The units that face the ocean have fantastic views. The grounds are nicely cared for. The staff is friendly. The pool and common areas are great. The condos are large and bright. There are fine sea breezes, but not the strong winds found elsewhere.
