The unit itself was very roomy and quiet. Comfortable beds and
pretty much everything you need. BBQ deck is well equipped
and HUGE. Coin laundry is accessible and reasonable.
The staff at the Grand are fantastic - we never waited long for a
response to a need or question and always got pleasant staff
who took care of what we needed. Overall a great week at the
Grand and look forward to next year!
Could be better: The unit is a bit dated and "scuffed". No
artwork, older TV, no DVD or aux audio capability.
Microwave/fan above stove not working. Kitchen could have
used a few more amenities such as nice big coffee mugs,
placemats, steak knives. A bin for wet towel storage until room
serviced would be tidier.

We have stayed at the Grand several times using our unit as well as having bonus days in other units or rooms. It is always a relaxing and luxurious experience. The service is good and the Grand is a great location from which to enjoy other attractions in the Kelowna and surrounding area.
