Have owned a timeshare at this condo since '01: have stayed @ this condo 4x. Love being right on wonderful Makai Club Golf Course. Nice terrace/deck off living room complete w/ patio furniture = allows enjoyment of golf course view & Hawaiian weather. Love roominess of Cottage: BIG bedrooms, very open & airy w/ sweeping vaulted ceilings, large dining area. Kitchen is small but very efficient w/ convenient laundry off it. Around corner from fun Princeville shopping center, nice public park, Kiluea lighthouse, adorable village of Hanalei. Horseback, ATV & helicopter rides & ziplining close-by. Nice public beach at regal Princeville Hotel + Hanalei Bay, Lumahai, Haena, Ke'e, Anini, Tunnels beaches. SO lush here! Beautiful sunsets & rainbows!

A unique property. very low density (only 17 cottages)and each cottage is a standalone unit over 1400 sq. ft. in size! Great for families! Needs some updating of interiors but still a nice timeshare unit. Beaches are nearby and the north side of Kauai is the most beautiful and lush. Waterfalls visible from the property!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
