The Wellington Resort is located at the end of the main street in Newport, right on Newport Harbor.The units are very large(approx.1200sq. ft.)with two bedrooms and two baths.There is plenty of parking space and under building parking as well. The units all have elevators and are on three floors. The resort has many amenities such as a clubhouse, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools,and a fitness center.There are many activities and sights within walking distance. All the units have good views of the harbor, but building #3 is the closest to the water, with the best water views.The resort is very well maintained with a staff that on duty most of the day. Of all the timeshares in Newport, I think the Wellington is taken of the best.

The Wellington Resort is located at the quiet end of Thames St. It has an excellent location and most units have a partial to full water view from one of the two balconies. Units have a washer and dryer. There is so much to do in Newport, including restaurants and the night life, walking the magnificent Cliff Walk, sailing lessons at the nonprofit Sail Newport, going to Fort Adams, or taking a day trip to Boston, Block Island, Cape Cod, or Plymouth. All units are very large with two bedrooms and two baths. Units have a lock off feature to separate a hotel room suite from the larger area if you wish. This is the best timeshare in Newport.
