Resort Reviews for Tree Tops Resort

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were very disappointed. Our room was very out-dated and the staff was rude and unprofessional. We left early and switched to a different resort.

This resort is great. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I am in a wheel chair and stayed in building 9. The room was wonderful and I could get my wheel chair in every room. The surroundings are wonderful because you are really in the mountains with trees and the beauty of nature. Roaring fork creek is winding around in front and through the resort.The site and grounds are beauitful, even though it is winter time. I have stayed at other resorts in the area but this is the best of them all. It is neat, comfortable, and very clean. I will alway's go back to Tree Top Resort. Thanks to all the staff and I am very gratefull for all your kindness and considerations.

Right on the edge of the Smoky Mountains & 2 miles from town, this resort offers peace and relaxation as well as the many attratctions of town - amusements, art and craft vendors and shows, plenty of restaurants, Ripley's Aquarium, and others. One can choose to relax in a spectacular mountain setting or go like crazy all day and enjoy the spa at night. The resort's beautiful outdoor spa is terrific all year long. It's outdoor pool provides summer enjoyment and it's indoor pool, small, clearly is for the exercise enthusiasts. The units are well maintained and a balcony on gives you a view of the mountains. Great place. Great opportunity for anyone who loves nature and relaxing.
