This resort shut down after the Hurricanes of 2004. It was totally renovated and just reopened in Aug 07. Everything is brand new. Not an elaborate timeshare so you don't have to worry about every little detail. Just a great place and will make you feel right at home. You can just relax and enjoy your vacation. The pool and hot tub overlook the beach. They have grills, table and chairs and a gazebo on the deck. No charge to use the grills so you can cook, eat and play without ever leaving the pool/beach. Families are made to feel welcome. Ponce Inlet is just down the road and this is close to St. Augustine, Orlando, Cape Canaveral and many other sites. Excellent location and a great value.

This resort is on the beautiful white sandy shores of Daytona Beach . Our balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Many amenities on site. One hour from Disney World, also one hour from historic St. Augustine. Cape Canaveral only 50 miles away. A FANTASTIC VACATION PLACE.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
