Great facility, excellent full-time maintenance with owners overseeing all areas of operation. Ownership remains in perpetuity with owner/heirs. Public and Private Areas updated annually. Affordable quarterly assessment fees per unit. My unit sleeps 6 is clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Staff is very anxious to provide any necessities not immediately on hand. Location is great, right in the middle of all Vail activities. Bus line into Vail Village and the ski slopes is at the door of facility, running often. All amenities and desired activities are in the building.. elevators to all floors.. private, heated parking, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gameroom, laundry, exercise, etc.
Lots to do in the area, year-round.

Great Skiing, their shuttle takes you right to the slopes. After skiing, jump into the hot tub or swim in the heated pool. Went you get out of the hot tub, go check your e-mail or surf the web with their provided computers. To tired to fix dinner, go down stairs and have a great pizza or sub in their in-house restaurant. Want to make a fire in your fireplace, the firewood is right there, no hauling. No scraping ice and snow off your car windows, heated garage. GREAT PLACE!

The unit we own has an incredible balcony view - wood burning fireplace - underground parking - games room and whirlpool sauna available - laundry facilities in resort. Great for skiing in the winter and in the summmer hiking, biking, or for any out door adventurer! There is an indoor/outdoor pool, weight room, and other amenities. You will absolutely love it in the summer or the winter!
