This property was very disappointing. Just came back from one week there- 2 adults and 2 children. Property itself is beautiful but that's where it ends. Customer service at this resort is horrible and virtually non-existent. Management and staff are non-responsive and aloof. When you did come across an employee who was helpful/friendly it was an aberation. Resort is nice location but you might as well be staying in California or Florida as there is nothing "international" about this place. No activities unless you went to neighboring property. We have stayed in Mexico many times - all inclusives and 4-5 star resorts as well as cruised. Would not go back here. Prices at restaurants are gouging.
