Great location, lousy service. Cracks in the walls, punishing beds. We tried to get a better bed, or do anything about it, and were told at the front desk "You only paid for an efficiency. What do you expect?" Thankfully, we upgraded, and will never have to put up with the staff and accommodations of the Avenue Plaza!
