Indian Wells Condoshare is so quiet you'll find yourself whispering as you walk the grounds. This resort is the perfect place for rest, relaxation, and tranquility. Nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, this resort sports vibrant desert flowers, swaying palm trees, and three crystal clear outdoor swimming pools. Indian Wells Condoshare offers studio and one-bedroom timeshare accommodations. Studio units are located on the second level feature a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. One-bedroom units are located on the lower level and feature a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. All units have air conditioning, patio or balcony with a BBQ, and a mini kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Just a short walk away from your condo is the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium and the La Quinta golf resort. El Paseo, a mile-long boulevard, is just minutes away in Palm Desert. Other desert attractions include The Living Desert Reserve botanical garden and Wildlife Park, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, horseback riding, and Las Vegas-style casinos.

Another resort in the local area is Sun Dunes Villas. Sun Dunes Villas is located in Palm Desert, California and has two lighted tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, a whirlpool spa, and covered parking. Nearby is shopping, dining, casino gaming, and the desert.
