Situated between the Indian River and the shuttle-launching site at Kennedy Space Center, Vacation Villas draws visitors to serene Titusville, Florida. On site, enjoy the resort's swimming pool. Guests will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Vacation Villas offer 282 units, one and two bedroom, sleeping up to six in the largest. Near to the Vacation Villas, you will find the beach, waterskiing, lake, boat, golf, tennis, live entertainment, grocery, hairdresser, medical facility, restuarants, and shopping. Titusville is only an hour from Orlando, 25 miles from Cocoa Beach, and 15 miles from the Canaveral National Seashore. Vacation Villas area attractions include Astronaut Hall of Fame, Canaveral National Seashore, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Merritt Square Mall.

Another beautiful resort just to the south is the Oyster Bay. Oyster Bay is also located in Sebastian, Florida. Oyster Bay offers excellent boating and fishing. Oyster Bay's amenities include a Jacuzzi, a heated pool; tennis courts and the resort also feature boat rentals. Oyster Bay is beautifully landscaped and completely furnished with one and two bathroom units, full kitchen, televisions, DVD player, all linens, towels, dishes, cooking utensils and private terrace. Golf is just a couple miles away.
